Yard maintenance required:

Tenants are responsible for all yard care including:

Weeding, watering (no sprinklers), mowing, and trimming of front, back, side yards, park strips and dirt/gravel parking area along the north fence.

Keeping all areas free of debris.

Snow removal of public walkway in front of home.

WINDOW Cooling UNIT:

Tenant responsible to winterize (cover) and dewinterize window cooling unit and to clean filter.

PARKING:

SMOKING/vaping:

No smoking or vaping inside premise. Outside and away from the property ONLY.
